What is an Impressum and why is it required?
It's the page that says who is behind the website. In Germany it's mandatory for businesses, and missing it can lead to fines. It's included.
Which payment methods can customers use?
Card and PayPal, through Stripe or PayPal. Stripe sends the money to your bank account on the schedule you choose: daily, weekly or monthly.
Does the payment provider charge a fee?
Yes, Stripe and PayPal charge their fee on each payment, like a card terminal. After that fee, Stripe sends the money to your bank account.
Can customers still book by phone or message?
Of course. Online booking adds to it: whoever prefers to call or write still can, and whoever wants to book on their own does it on your website.
Can I change things myself?
Yes. Your website comes with a dashboard where you change photos and prices and see and move your appointments, from your phone. If you want to change the design or add a section, message me and I’ll do it.
When will I see results on Google?
You can sell from the day we publish it, but Google takes time to trust a new site and rank it higher. According to Google, it usually starts to show 4 to 12 months after it goes live.
