Dental Website Design for Dentists
Patients who walk in relaxed and know what they want.
A dentist website that explains your treatments without jargon and lets patients request their first exam in a tap. I work with small businesses in Brownsville, Texas.

Why your dental practice needs a website
People in the U.S. keep their teeth longer than ever, but that doesn’t mean they need a dentist less. According to the CDC, 12.9% of adults aged 65 and over have lost all their teeth, and 17.8% of those aged 75 and over (CDC, 2020). They still need implants, dentures and regular care, and those who keep their teeth need checkups and treatments to keep them. The question isn’t whether these patients need a dentist, but which one they’ll choose.
And to choose, they look online. In a survey of 1,500 people in the U.S., 43% said that, among the dentists Google shows them, they would pick the one with the best reviews, and only 19% the one closest to them (IronMonk, 2019). The search is the same in Brownsville: “dentist Brownsville TX”, “emergency dentist open now”. The practice that wins the patient is the one that shows up with reviews, a complete profile and a website that explains its treatments.
What goes on your dental practice website
What patients want to know before they sit in the chair, explained in plain words.
Every treatment explained
Cleanings, braces, implants, whitening, root canals: what each one involves, how long it takes and how many visits it needs. A patient who understands what’s going to happen stops being afraid.
Easy appointment requests
A button to request the first exam from their phone, without having to call during office hours.
Payment options
If you take insurance or offer payment plans for braces or implants, make it visible: cost is one of the questions that holds patients back the most.
Your dentists
Each dentist with their photo and specialty. When it comes to their health, people want to know who will treat them.
Emergencies
If you see patients with severe pain or broken teeth, it’s clear on the page, with a call button right next to it.
Patient reviews
What other patients say, especially the ones who came in scared, is more convincing than any promise from the practice.
Hours and map
Which days and hours you’re open, whether you open on Saturdays and how to get there, with the Google map right on the page.
How to show up on Google when people search for a dentist
For Google to show your practice when patients search, six things matter most:
A website of your own. It’s the foundation for everything else: Google links it to your profile and reads it to understand which treatments you offer. Without it, you depend only on your profile and social media.
A complete Google Business Profile. The “Dentist” or “Dental clinic” category, your hours, photos of the office and your list of treatments. It’s what shows up when people search “dentist near me”.
Each treatment by name. Someone searching “braces Brownsville” or “teeth whitening” wants to land on that treatment, not on a list. The clearer each one is on your site, the more searches bring patients your way.
Your real hours, holidays included. Many people search “dentist open now” while they’re in pain. If your profile says you’re open and you’re not, you lose that patient and their trust.
Reviews. Ask every patient for one when they finish a treatment and are happy with the result.
The same name, address and phone everywhere. On your website, on Google, on Instagram and on Facebook. If they change from one place to another, Google isn’t sure which one is right.
Available designs
This dental office website is built exclusively around the services and needs of a dental practice. It has six treatments (teeth cleaning, orthodontics, dental implants, teeth whitening, fillings and root canals, and kids’ dentistry), adjusted to the services you offer, and each one opens to explain what it involves, how long it takes and how many visits it needs. It also has your hours with a box to book the free first exam, the dentists, patient reviews, the address with the map and the most common questions, like whether it hurts or whether you take insurance and offer payment plans. It also has a “What are you feeling?” guide: patients tap what’s going on, see which treatment it’s usually related to and request an exam with the symptom already written.
I work with three types of website, and you can see each one in the example using the bar at the top. Which one suits you depends on your practice: the kind of dentistry you do, the size of your office and your dentists’ availability.
One page
For a small practice with one or two dentists and a few treatments: everything on one page, with a button to request the first exam.
See it →With blog
For a dental clinic or dentists who need to grow their visibility online: each treatment gets its own page, plus articles that answer what patients ask.
See it →With booking and payments
If you want patients to see your dentists’ open times, book their appointment and pay for it online.
See it →Appointment booking
Booking can be added to any of the three, so patients choose the day and time based on each dentist’s availability.

FAQ
How do I get more dental patients?
Start with the ones who are already looking for you. Someone who types “dentist Brownsville” or “dentist near me” has already decided to go: they just need to find you and trust you. A complete Google Business Profile, a dental practice website that explains your treatments and lets patients request an appointment in a tap, and reviews from happy patients do that work every day.
What is dental marketing?
It’s everything you do so patients find you and choose you: your Google profile, your website, your social media and advertising. The foundation is the website, because it’s the only place where you decide how each treatment is explained, and it’s where everything else leads.
Does a website replace dental practice software?
No. Dental software handles patient records, dental charts and billing. Your website is what brings in new patients and lets them book. If your software has online scheduling, I can link to it from your site.
When will I see results on Google?
Once we publish your website, it can show up on Google, but Google takes time to trust a new site and rank it higher. According to Google, it usually starts to show 4 to 12 months after it goes live. On the map it usually moves faster if your profile is complete and reviews come in.
